Curation is yours, not a heuristic. Membership is per LAWYER, so two partners at one firm can be in the set independently. Aim to span the buckets — who owes a message, how long since a touch, whether they have ever replied — plus the shapes those do not capture: call-heavy, and a prospect writing in another language. pnpm scout finds candidates for the gaps.
